We offer a 30-day return and refund policy on all unused and unopened computer accessories products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- Be in the original packaging (if applicable).
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Any product missing original packaging or manuals.
To complete your return, we require:

Return Costs:
- We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty or incorrect item).
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer support team at support@pranart.com within 30 days of your purchase to initiate the return process.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pranart.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
Remember, we will refund to original payment method. The refund may take 10 business days to appear in your bank account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@pranart.com.
How to Cancel an Order:
